Goods are shipped worldwide with individual regional exceptions.

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Shipping costs depend on the item's weight and start at €4.95.

International deliveries:

Shipping costs depend on the item's weight and the DHL delivery zone and are calculated dynamically at checkout.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 4 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after contract conclusion (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. Please consider that this can lead to a delayed receipt of your goods, especially for pre-orders.
