CHAPTER I: IN THE ALLEYS OF BLACKRIDGE   Blackridge. District 11. A gloomy alley in the shadow of skyscrapers. Flickering neon lights reflect on the wet cobblestones. Two black cars with tinted windows are parked in the alley, where a group of nine dangerous-looking men are gathered under a streetlamp. They belong to the Ashen Gang.
